Responsibilities

• Perform outbound telephonic communication with both potential and current customers.

• Generate leads and qualify prospects across diverse sales models including B2B, B2C, Enterprise, and SMB segments.
• Maintain ongoing engagement with potential clients and conduct regular follow-ups.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and results of calls.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide fundamental product details.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to support lead conversion and follow-up processes.
• Meet daily targets related to call volume and productivity.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Minimum educational qualification of completion of 12th grade.
