About the Company
RBA Finance (P) Ltd. is an RBI-registered NBFC-AFC that has been operating since 1996. The company finances automobiles, loans against property, and lending for micro and small enterprises, and it has a nationwide footprint across 7 states with more than 51 branches.
Role Overview
The Tele Collection Officer will be responsible for following up on overdue loan accounts, engaging with customers over the phone, and supporting recovery efforts through structured communication and payment plan negotiation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle telephonic follow-ups for overdue loan repayments and support collection efforts.
- Communicate with customers to discuss pending dues and recover outstanding loan amounts.
- Negotiate suitable repayment arrangements and payment plans with borrowers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, commitments, and recovery updates.
Requirements
- Prior experience in debt recovery or tele collections is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and customer communication abilities are required.
Eligibility
This position is open to any graduate.
