Role overview
As the Telco Sales Coordinator, you will support the Store Management team in delivering store-wide goals and maintaining a high-performance, customer-first culture, with particular attention on the Communications department.
Key duties
- Help the store reach sales and profit goals by coaching, supporting, training, and giving feedback to the Communications team.
- Keep customer service central to all activities and outcomes.
- Maintain the agreed merchandising standards within the Communications department.
- Make sure all Communications department activities follow compliance, legal, and safety requirements.
- Support in-store process management and incident reporting, with a strong focus on safety.
Candidate profile
The ideal applicant enjoys a casual, upbeat retail environment and brings solid retail experience together with a strong understanding of telco products and services. You should also have proven customer service experience, experience handling cash and EFTPOS transactions, and the ability to sell retail products and merchandise confidently. The role requires someone who can work independently, contribute to a unified sales team, and stay effective when working under pressure.
