About the Role

You will collaborate closely with recruiters to thoroughly understand hiring needs and design strategic sourcing plans to build a robust talent pool. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters to comprehend specific job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Design and implement effective sourcing strategies to discover high-potential technical professionals.
• Utilize LinkedIn and advanced sourcing techniques to identify and contact strong candidates.
• Maintain and grow a reliable pipeline of talent aligned with present and future recruitment demands.
• Compose compelling job descriptions, outreach messages, emails, and communications tailored to candidates.
• Manage candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) throughout recruitment stages.
• Monitor recruitment efforts and prepare detailed reports on sourcing effectiveness and performance analytics.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated background as a Technical Sourcer, Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or related position.
• Proficiency in various sourcing approaches and recruitment platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Fluency in English, both speaking and writing.
• Intermediate skills in German language (written and spoken) are preferred.
• A proactive, goal-driven attitude with strong motivation.
• Capacity to prioritize tasks and work autonomously in a remote work environment.
