Technical Project & Operations Lead

About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous and technically adept Technical Project & Operations Lead to serve as the critical link connecting design, manufacturing, client engagement, and logistics. Partnering closely with the Sales Director or Manager, you will ensure smooth project progression from initial client interaction through production and final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects and sales efforts by collaborating with the Sales Manager and acting as the primary client liaison at every stage of the project.
• Communicate directly with manufacturing and production teams to guarantee that design specifications, technical details, and quality expectations are accurately delivered.
• Manage logistics and supply chain operations to confirm that materials, parts, and final products reach the sites punctually.
• Oversee after-sales service activities including quality inspections, problem resolution, and ongoing client care to sustain high customer satisfaction.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and structural details to validate feasibility, precision, and adherence to project needs.

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related technical discipline.
• Demonstrate proficiency with key architectural and design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3ds Max or comparable tools.
• Exhibit full professional fluency in English, Turkish, and Arabic in both written and oral forms.
• Show outstanding communication and presentation capabilities with a professional demeanor suitable for high-level client interactions.
• Have strong organizational abilities, multitasking aptitude, and excellent deadline management with a keen eye for detail.
