Technical Consultant - ServiceNow Platform (Remote Contract)

Overview

Join as a Technical Consultant specializing in ServiceNow for Everforth GlideFast. In this remote role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and supporting technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You'll work through the entire solution lifecycle, including platform administration, application development, integration, maintenance, and support, applying industry best practices and modern web development methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consulting services to install, configure, and integrate ServiceNow products according to client requirements.
• Develop tailored software solutions using scripting and development tools within ServiceNow.
• Create and update comprehensive technical documentation in line with customer contracts and internal guidelines.
• Conduct value-driven assessments and workshops to help clients maximize their investment in ServiceNow.
• Design and maintain customized configurations such as business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, access control lists, data policies, and UI scripts.
• Identify and resolve configuration and scripting issues to ensure reliable platform operation.
• Participate actively in requirements review sessions to confirm technical solutions meet business needs.
• Engage in scrum meetings and agile ceremonies contributing effectively to team collaboration.
• Deliver projects on schedule maintaining high quality to ensure excellent client experiences.
• Commit to continuous learning about service delivery solutions, new technologies, and methodology improvements.
• Maintain professionalism with uninterrupted focus during all client interactions and meetings.
• Complete all required administrative duties such as timesheets, feedback collection, and internal documentation accurately and punctually.

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience developing and administrating ServiceNow technical solutions.
• At least 2 years of experience in a professional consulting capacity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Possession of the Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Holding at least one Certified Implementation Specialist certification.
• If applicable, maintain valid government security clearance.

Compensation and Benefits

The initial remuneration for this contract role ranges from $100,000 to $140,000 annually. Full-time employees may be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and performance bonuses. Actual pay depends on work location, prior experience, skills, and qualifications.
