Role Summary

We seek a Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team, bridging business needs with technical execution. This role demands interaction with internal clients to translate requirements into actionable user stories, collaborate closely with delivery and product leadership, and coordinate among client, development, and data warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a critical liaison between clients, developers, and data teams, translating business demands into precise user stories and tasks.
  • Support data identification and analysis efforts, execute unit testing, and oversee user acceptance testing and sign-offs.
  • Maintain thorough documentation reflecting detailed business and technical requirements.
  • Ensure development process efficiency by minimizing exceptions, bugs, and test failures through close attention to detail and ownership.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC (Waterfall) and Agile methodologies.
  • Proven ability to distill high-level business requests into detailed technical specifications.
  • Proficiency in SQL and advanced data manipulation using Excel and Access.
  • Good grasp of software testing principles and test case creation.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Java and Angular frameworks.
