Role Overview
The Technical Assistant will manage and support the university's Online Education database and Learning Management System (LMS) crucial for Admission and Evaluation functions. This role requires ensuring smooth and secure access to technical platforms that enable admission processes and evaluation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the Online Education database and LMS to facilitate Admission and Evaluation processes.
- Provide uninterrupted access to technical platforms for the Admission team and related support teams to perform admission-related operations.
- Securely store admission-related data in compliance with formatting and security standards, ensuring easy access to LMS resources.
- Manage learner program and course databases according to evaluation guidelines to facilitate internal and examination evaluation systems.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate degree in a technical or science discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working with LMS, databases, or technical platforms related to Admission and Evaluation activities.
- Prior experience supporting online program delivery is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with Admission and Evaluation platforms and procedures.
- Hands-on expertise in managing Learning Management Systems.
