Position Summary

Theobroma Food Pvt Ltd is seeking a Team Member based in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. This role involves managing the operations at the store to ensure smooth workflows and enhancing sales performance with adherence to standard operating procedures.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan and execute store operations to maintain efficient functioning and enhance sales through maintaining quality standards as per SOP.
• Handle customer concerns including complaints and grievances professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Guide and assist customers by escorting them within the store and recommending suitable products.
• Ensure accurate recording and management of inventory including materials received, issued, and other store logistics on a daily basis.
