About the Role

This position embraces the spirit of versatility, requiring you to support a variety of departments across the resort rather than being limited to one function. As a Team Member Plus, you'll ensure guests have an outstanding experience by assisting wherever needed.

Main Duties

• On Mondays and Fridays, focus on cleaning accommodations for guests.
• During other days, rotate through different areas such as sports and activities, dining venues (including restaurants, fast food counters, buffets), bars, shops, and the fairground.
• May be tasked with responsibilities in multiple areas within a single shift.

Training and Career Development

• Comprehensive 90-day induction program to help you settle in quickly.
• A dedicated buddy will support you during onboarding.
• Access to skill-enhancing apprenticeships, including Food & Beverage Team Member Level 2, Frontline Cleaner Level 2, and Retailer Level 2; details can be discussed during recruitment.

Who We Are Looking For

• Outgoing, positive individuals who are eager to learn and excel in a team setting.
• Previous experience is not required; enthusiasm, willingness to help out, and energy are the key priorities.
• An interest in hospitality and guest service is a plus.
• Candidates with certifications such as FA Level 1 football, Archery GB ERCA, High Ropes, or NCPLH personal licence would be welcomed.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Work Schedule and Additional Information

• Permanent full-time role.
• Typically 30–35 hours weekly, spread over 5 days out of 7.
• Includes working evenings and weekends.
• On-site accommodation available for those relocating.
