Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the management team to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
• Manage a designated store department including commercial strategy, stock oversight, visual merchandising, and sales targets.
• Supervise areas such as tills and fitting rooms when necessary.
• Delegate daily tasks and organize a team of Retail Assistants.
• Inspire, guide, and develop the team to create an outstanding in-store atmosphere and customer journey while driving sales performance.
• Engage in personal growth opportunities through digital learning, apprenticeships, and career pathways within Primark.
