Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable educators to join our team, teaching students from Class I to XII in a variety of subjects including Commerce, Science, Mathematics, English, Hindi, Social Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Informatics Practices (IP), and more.

Qualifications and Eligibility

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant field from an accredited university is required.
• A B.Ed. degree is preferred where applicable.
• Fresh graduates with strong subject expertise are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience within educational institutions or coaching centers will be advantageous.

Essential Skills

• Deep understanding and strong command of subject matter.
• Effective oral and written communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
• Capability to convey concepts in a clear and accessible manner catering to different learning needs.
• Competence in classroom management and engaging students actively.
• Ability to design lesson plans, create assignments, worksheets, and evaluations.
• Knowledge of curricula such as CBSE, ICSE, State Board, or equivalents.
• Basic skills in MS Office, Google Workspace, and online teaching tools.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• A positive outlook, patience, professionalism, and a dedication to student achievement.
• Willingness to adopt innovative teaching practices and new educational technologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality instruction in classrooms.
• Ensure completion of the syllabus within set timelines.
• Administer regular assessments and provide constructive feedback.
• Guide and encourage students to attain academic success.
• Maintain accurate academic and attendance records.
• Communicate effectively with parents and academic coordinators.
• Participate in meetings, training, workshops, and other institutional events.
• Adhere to the institution’s values, ethics, and standards.

Compensation

The monthly remuneration ranges from INR 6000 to INR 10000.
