Job Overview
The Talent Recruiter role is strategically focused on aligning recruitment efforts with organizational objectives. This position entails creating and implementing effective hiring strategies by partnering closely with hiring managers across diverse functions. The recruiter will creatively source and identify exceptional candidates, cultivate a strong talent pipeline, and ensure a positive experience for applicants throughout the recruitment process.
Key Duties
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes emphasizing sourcing and collaboration with diverse departmental hiring managers.
- Develop and refine sustainable talent acquisition systems daily.
- Identify and secure passive candidates in both technical and non-technical fields.
- Execute proactive sourcing using market research and relationship building.
- Partner with hiring managers to meet recruitment needs effectively.
- Assess candidate qualifications, including motivation and cultural fit, through detailed evaluations and interviews.
- Conduct pre-screenings and efficiently advance candidates through the selection stages within set timelines.
- Review applications, conduct interviews, and prepare diverse candidate shortlists for managerial review.
- Maintain and update recruitment platforms like company website and job boards.
- Manage job advertising and follow up to gather feedback from candidates and managers.
- Perform reference and background checks as necessary.
- Prepare offer letters and communicate compensation and benefits clearly during offer discussions.
- Lead special projects and initiatives to enhance talent acquisition strategies.
- Coordinate activities with the company’s Recruitment Committee.
- Plan and participate in career fairs and manage relationships with external recruiting agencies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- At least two years of relevant recruitment or related experience is required.
- Excellent organizational and public speaking abilities.
- Skilled in conducting efficient meetings.
- Experience developing diverse sourcing techniques incorporating phone and online research.
- Proficiency in candidate assessment methods including resume review, behavioral interviews, and reference verification.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and various web-based tools, capable of generating complex documents and maintaining databases.
Additional Details
Work Location: Danvers, Massachusetts
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexible full-time or part-time options
Salary Range: 55000 to 70000 USD annually
