About the Role

We are looking for a strategic Talent Manager to lead and execute comprehensive talent management initiatives that reinforce organizational growth, enhance employee engagement, and boost workforce capabilities. In this capacity, you will work closely with business leaders and HR teams to develop programs centered on talent development, performance evaluation, succession plans, leadership growth, and employee retention.

Qualifications
