Role Overview
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to manage the end-to-end hiring process across various departments. This role involves collaborating closely with hiring managers to pinpoint candidate requirements, sourcing and engaging candidates, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for applicants and hiring teams alike. The recruiter will also build pipelines for current and future talent needs and support recruitment initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment cycles for a mix of technical and non-technical roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job specifications, timelines, and candidate expectations.
- Source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other online tools.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines, especially for roles that require frequent hiring or higher volume.
- Conduct interviews via video or in-person to evaluate candidates' skills, experiences, and fit.
- Deliver a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout hiring stages.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (Workday).
- Work alongside recruiting peers and People Experience teams including HR, Compensation, and Operations.
- Contribute to recruitment projects and events as needed.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years’ full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in tech, software, or SaaS sectors.
- Proficient in sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search strategies.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, Workday knowledge advantageous.
- Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and growth potential.
- Openness and aptitude for learning new recruiting technologies, including AI-driven tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-centric approach focused on positive experiences for candidates and hiring teams.
- Highly organized, detail-focused, capable of handling multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Team player attitude, willing to assist and collaborate effectively.
- Driven by successfully matching candidates with suitable opportunities and securing hires.
Work Environment
Position based in Austin, TX Metro area with a hybrid work schedule requiring three days onsite per week for balanced individual focus and in-person collaboration.
Compensation and Benefits
The posted national base salary range guides this role’s compensation, which will be adjusted considering experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Additional variable pay such as bonuses, commissions, equity, and benefits may apply, depending on local guidelines. Commerce emphasizes pay equity and transparency in compensation decisions.
