Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers, Senior Leaders, and Business Heads to thoroughly understand organizational requirements and craft sustainable recruitment strategies.
• Act as a strategic consultant, forging strong relationships to ensure high-quality client service and address client concerns effectively.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process from job posting to hiring for open positions.
• Develop and sustain talent pipelines through robust sourcing techniques including leveraging job portals, social media, networking events, and referral programs.
• Conduct detailed resume screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates on technical competence, qualifications, and cultural alignment.
• Ensure a positive candidate journey by maintaining clear, proactive communication throughout the hiring stages and managing offer negotiations.
• Utilize market intelligence to remain informed on local employment trends and share relevant insights with internal teams.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of five years professional experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles.
• Preferably experienced in high-volume hiring environments.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Skilled in managing stakeholders and building relationships with department heads and HR directors.
