Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and meticulous Talent Acquisition Intern to assist with our comprehensive recruitment processes. This internship entails active involvement in various hiring activities such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, and contributing to employer brand building. The role presents an excellent opportunity to collaborate closely with hiring managers and acquire valuable experience within a dynamic fintech setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the full recruitment process, including sourcing talent via job portals, professional networks, and other channels.
• Evaluate resumes and facilitate initial candidate outreach and communication.
• Organize and coordinate interview schedules by interacting with candidates and recruitment teams.
• Draft and publish job advertisements on multiple recruitment platforms.
• Support employer branding strategies by creating social media content and conducting talent market analysis.
• Keep candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems current and accurate.
• Help in onboarding processes to ensure a seamless integration of new hires.
• Contribute to miscellaneous recruitment and HR projects as they arise.
