Talent Acquisition Business Partner

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team in Surry Hills, Sydney on a 12-month maximum term contract. This role involves leading comprehensive recruitment activities, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to guarantee a seamless and engaging experience from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
• Assist the Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner in enhancing team practices and portfolio strategies.
• Partner with senior leaders, HR Managers, and Senior HR Business Partners to align recruitment tactics with workforce demand.
• Build strong consultative relationships with hiring managers to support talent planning and delivery.
• Enhance employer branding efforts to position the organisation as a preferred employer.
• Design inclusive hiring campaigns aimed at attracting, engaging, and retaining a diverse talent pool.
• Regularly improve recruitment systems, tools, and workflows for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience managing complete recruitment cycles with an emphasis on quality and candidate experience.
• Familiarity with Workday ATS is highly advantageous.
• Strong digital literacy, capable of quickly learning new software and internal platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills at all organisational levels.
• Continuous improvement approach, always seeking innovative recruitment methods.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic and fast-changing environments, managing priorities effectively.
• Commercial awareness regarding the strategic role of talent acquisition in business success.
