About the Role
UnitingCare Queensland is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our collaborative internal team. This permanent full-time position is based in Brisbane CBD, with flexibility to work from home. This role includes supporting recruitment activities for Pinangba, UnitingCare's Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander-led service delivery branch, which is deeply rooted in cultural identity and partnerships to deliver culturally informed services to these communities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment for assigned portfolios, including Pinangba and Community Aged Care services.
- Advertise vacancies and source candidates for positions like Personal Carers, Enrolled Nurses, and Registered Nurses using diverse methods.
- Deliver a positive and engaging recruitment experience for applicants throughout the hiring process.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers and stakeholders.
- Promote best practice recruitment techniques ensuring excellent experiences for candidates and hiring leaders.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment in fast-moving, high-volume environments, either in-house or agency-based.
- Familiarity working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Applicant Management Systems (AMS), Seek, LinkedIn, and intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities with confidence handling confidential matters professionally at all organizational levels.
- Capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision while also functioning effectively within a team in a dynamic setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, maintain attention to detail, accurate documentation, and meet deadlines.
- Commitment to fostering culturally safe and inclusive hiring practices and delivering positive candidate experiences.
- Willingness to undergo all relevant probity and background checks as required by legislation and policy.
