Role Overview
The Systems Business Analyst serves as a key partner across all company divisions to comprehend business requirements, analyze workflows and data, and transform these insights into clear technical and process specifications. This role combines practical business analysis with leadership responsibilities overseeing support and implementation of enterprise, departmental, and local systems. The goal is to ensure these systems remain secure, compliant, well-maintained, and aligned with organizational objectives, while also managing strategic change and demand.
Key Duties
- Lead and develop the Systems Team to provide high-quality IT services and system solutions.
- Oversee team workload, set priorities, and monitor performance in line with business and IT goals.
- Work closely with internal IT and external vendors to design and deliver appropriate ERP/MRP solutions including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Sage X3, and other integrated applications.
- Assist in analyzing options, estimating efforts, assessing risks, and understanding impacts, ensuring compliance with internal controls and segregation of duties.
- Maintain thorough documentation, governance records, and ensure audit readiness.
- Communicate clearly with business process owners and project teams to update progress, set expectations, and support task prioritization.
Candidate Profile
- Experienced business analyst with proven team leadership capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems and integrated business software, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Experienced in managing support and delivery of systems across various environments.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and interpersonal communication skills.
- Familiarity with governance, regulatory compliance, and IT control frameworks.
