System Administrator

Overview

This role focuses on maintaining uninterrupted operation of IT systems in a dynamic software office environment. The goal is to maximize the effective use of both hardware and software resources, while ensuring reliable data backup and recovery strategies are implemented.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain continuous operation of systems to avoid any breakdowns.
• Optimize utilization of hardware and software equipment.
• Develop and maintain backup and recovery plans for organizational data.
• Engage in assigned special projects to enhance IT processes.
• Support the implementation and upkeep of IT security measures.
• Manage IT tasks such as system upgrades, hardware replacements, and telecommunication equipment oversight efficiently.
• Provide IT support to end users by troubleshooting software issues and responding to technical queries.
• Assist with hardware and software updates and replacements.
• Monitor system performance and participate in performance analysis activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar discipline.
• Between 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably local candidates from Vadodara.
• Strong analytical thinking and logical problem-solving aptitude.
• Proficient communication skills for effective interpersonal interactions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft products, various operating systems, hardware types, telecommunication equipment, and other commonly used software.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Keen interest in IT with enthusiasm for ongoing learning and growth.

Additional Information

• Working hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
• Salary budget up to 500000 INR per annum.
