Overview
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain performance within a fast-paced, global environment. This role is focused on managing supply chain activities including pricing, BOM analysis, sourcing, and delivery execution, ensuring smooth collaboration between internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage supply chain operations for assigned programs or accounts, driving alignment with customer requirements and business goals.
- Lead commodity management efforts including source selection, contract negotiations, and cost optimization for critical commodities.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to optimize products for efficient supply chain management and support seamless product launches.
- Conduct costed bid analysis, quarterly BOM costing, and monitor supplier performance.
- Participate actively in business reviews with customers and suppliers.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of seven years’ progressive experience in supply chain, materials management, sourcing, or commodity management.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners without direct authority.
- Excellent communication skills suitable for interacting with customers, suppliers, and senior leadership.
- Experience working within complex, global, matrixed organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with hyperscalers or rack integration, especially in high-tech or EMS industries, with direct customer support involvement beyond vendor relationships.
Desirable Skills
- Familiarity with strategic or high-value commodity negotiations.
- Experience supporting new product introductions or complex launch processes.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in advanced reporting and office software tools.
- Background in working capital optimization and inventory management.
Compensation and Benefits
The role offers a competitive annual salary up to $130,000 along with a 15% annual bonus. Benefits may include healthcare coverage and paid leave in accordance with applicable regulations. Actual salary will vary depending on qualifications and experience.
