Role Purpose

The Supervisor will support the Store and Assistant Managers to consistently improve store sales, key performance indicators (KPIs), and other success metrics. They will help retain, motivate, and develop staff while upholding exceptional visual merchandising standards to ensure a delightful shopping atmosphere for customers.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales targets by showcasing enthusiasm for Ben Sherman products and brand identity.
• Provide customers with accurate product information including features, benefits, and stock status.
• Encourage use of our multi-channel shopping options to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Create a welcoming and inviting environment for all customers.
• Handle sales transactions carefully and according to company policies.
• Adapt flexibly to the store’s operational needs.

Required Skills and Experience

• A strong focus on customer service excellence.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive performance.
• Expertise in visual merchandising to maintain high store presentation standards.
• Good commercial awareness relating to retail operations.
• Effective communication skills.

Additional Information

This is a part-time, onsite role based in Livingston, Scotland, offering 30 to 37.5 hours over 4 or 5 days per week.
