Role Overview

We are seeking a Supervisor to become a key member of our Killarney store team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about customer engagement, enjoy leading and motivating a team, and be flexible to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, including weekends. Prior supervisory experience is preferred and local residence is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Consistently exceed customer expectations through proactive interaction and excellent service.
• Lead and encourage the team to engage customers with upselling, cross-selling, and promoting special offers.
• Manage store operations such as preparing staff rosters, controlling stock levels, handling cash, and opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both customers and team members.
• Provide training, recognize achievements, and conduct performance management for all staff.
• Develop and apply marketing strategies to drive sales growth at the store level.
• Ensure strict adherence to all company policies, with special attention to HACCP and food safety standards.

Additional Information

The position offers a competitive hourly wage of €14.50. We value a positive workplace culture and offer a satisfying work experience. Applicants must be fully flexible to cover various shifts throughout the week and weekends.
