Role Overview
At Siemens, the Strategy & Pricing Manager will play a pivotal role in translating global and regional directives into executable business plans, focusing on the ASEAN markets. This role involves driving go-to-market strategies, enhancing commercial priorities, and managing transformative strategic initiatives to boost business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional pricing frameworks including governance, strategies, and workflows to maintain margin integrity and prevent price dilution across ASEAN countries.
- Leverage data analytics to uncover growth prospects, monitor performance indicators related to revenue and margins, and streamline sales processes to increase deal win rates.
- Provide expert commercial guidance by serving as a regional escalation contact for complex pricing and deal structuring situations, including scenario planning and risk evaluation during high-impact negotiations.
- Standardize pricing operations by designing end-to-end processes and building analytical tools such as dashboards and Microsoft Power BI solutions, ensuring accuracy and regulatory adherence.
- Foster collaboration and drive change management among cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Marketing, and global business units to guarantee smooth execution of commercial strategies.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with advanced financial modeling expertise, a consultative approach, and rigorous adherence to execution and governance standards.
- Holds a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines, accompanied by 3 to 5 years’ experience in strategy, consulting, or sales operations across multiple markets.
- Exhibits outstanding communication and storytelling skills, capable of influencing senior executives and leading collaborative initiatives across diverse teams.
- Demonstrates high proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and sophisticated CRM platforms to enhance commercial outcomes and operational preparedness.
