This vibrant center organizes more than 300 events yearly, nurturing cross-sector innovation in fields like healthcare, biotech, industrials, and future work landscapes. Additional flagship initiatives include the London AI Hub and the AI House, known for hosting influential global AI thought leaders.

Role Overview

We seek a proactive and entrepreneurial intern to advance the growth of the Merantix AI Campus community. The Strategy & Operations Intern will spearhead growth initiatives from start to finish—identifying promising startups and partners, managing our CRM for pipeline efficiency, and collaborating closely with the growth and marketing teams. The role promises variety, engaging in tasks like strategic development, outreach, and event shaping.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage impactful growth projects including lead identification, CRM upkeep, and outreach to potential startups and partners.
• Drive strategic initiatives to scale the campus by developing workflows, automations, and innovative programming.
• Build strong relationships with prominent AI startups, infrastructure companies, and industry leaders.
• Contribute creative ideas to shape event topics and new initiatives.
• Assist the marketing team with global promotion through event content creation, recaps, and social media management using tools like Canva.
• Ensure smooth operational workflows and deliver polished communication materials aligned with stakeholder expectations.

Candidate Profile

• Entrepreneurially minded with a growth-focused attitude and confidence in project ownership.
• Excellent analytical skills and meticulous organizational abilities.
• Adept at juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Genuine interest in AI and innovation, able to engage meaningfully with founders and investors.
• Experience with CRM platforms, lead generation, or growth/sales operations preferred.
• Familiarity with marketing or content creation tools such as Canva and social media.
• Previous internship experience in a startup or similarly dynamic setting.
• Based in Berlin and ideally committed to full-time availability for six months.
