About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Strategy Manager to join a leading manufacturing client affiliated with the Public Investment Fund (PIF). This position is crucial for shaping and driving the corporate strategy, managing business transformation, and overseeing strategic initiatives that align with the organization’s long-term vision and operational goals. The role reports directly to executive leadership and offers a unique chance to influence one of Saudi Arabia's key industrial investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the formulation and implementation of corporate strategy in line with company goals and Saudi Vision 2030.
- Oversee strategic planning cycles, encompassing annual business plans and long-range growth strategies.
- Analyze and assess new business opportunities, potential partnerships, investments, and market expansion avenues.
- Develop executive-level business cases, build financial models, and prepare strategic recommendations to support decision-making.
- Track and report on strategic KPIs, delivering performance insights to senior executives.
- Drive enterprise-wide transformation projects and manage cross-functional initiatives.
- Conduct thorough market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and industry trend analysis.
- Collaborate with departments including Finance, Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Product Development, and Human Resources to ensure cohesive strategic alignment.
- Prepare and assist in presentations for the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and shareholders.
- Establish governance frameworks and maintain mechanisms for strategic reporting and oversight.
Candidate Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field is mandatory.
- Possession of an MBA or a master's degree from a reputable university is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in corporate strategy, business transformation, management consulting, corporate development, or strategic planning roles.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in manufacturing, industrial sectors, automotive, chemicals, energy, mining, or large infrastructure projects.
- Experience working with PIF portfolio companies, mega projects, or top-tier consulting firms will be considered a major advantage.

- Proven track record in business transformation and strategic project execution.
- Strong skills in financial modeling and business case development.
- Experience managing relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
- Ability to evaluate investments and manage corporate performance.
- Competence in market research, competitive intelligence, and governance frameworks.
- Proficient with advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel tools.
- Skilled in data analytics and creating dashboard reports.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
