Role Summary
The Storeroom Clerk will be responsible for managing inventory processes including daily, weekly, and monthly stocktaking. Duties include maintaining inventory cards, rotating perishable items, receiving and organizing merchandise by department, appropriately marking and delivering merchandise throughout the hotel, and restocking supplies. The role requires accurate documentation such as requisition forms and proactive communication regarding low inventory levels. The clerk will also manage the handling of deliveries including loading and unloading goods and ensuring compliance with Four Seasons' standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hotels or resorts
- Outgoing personality with a proactive, positive attitude towards tasks
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Accounting education (degree or diploma) is desirable but not mandatory
