Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Retail Store Coordinator to join our team in Williams Lake, British Columbia. This role requires leadership that inspires a high standard of customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting. The ideal candidate thrives on leading by example and guiding store operations to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence initiatives encompassing visual merchandising, customer service, back room and merchandise processing.
• Ensure superior customer service and smooth store operations through timely communication and team coordination.
• Organize, prioritize, and oversee daily activities while fostering a collaborative environment and training associates on service standards.
• Coach and develop associates in merchandising techniques and customer engagement to cultivate continuous improvement.
• Create impactful merchandise displays that enhance the store's branding and value proposition.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses 1-2 years' experience in retail or service industries, demonstrating keen understanding of customer expectations and operational workflows.
• Exhibits a collaborative attitude that promotes effective teamwork and positive interpersonal connections.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently in a dynamic environment and flexible in adapting to changing challenges.
• Strong verbal communication and time management skills to ensure clear dissemination of information and task prioritization.

Additional Information

• Applicants must be aged 18 or older and will undergo a criminal record check as a condition of employment.

• Compensation ranges from $20.25 to $25.31 per hour, with pay adjusted based on relevant experience, skills, and local market conditions.
