Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze steel reinforcement drawings and schedules accurately.
• Cut, bend, and secure steel reinforcements following technical specifications.
• Ensure correct and safe installation of reinforcement in accordance with project requirements.
• Collaborate with site teams to achieve program timelines and quality standards.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and workmanship standards consistently.
• Adhere to site procedures and approved safe working methods.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated prior experience working as a Steelfixer.
• Competency in reading and comprehending steel reinforcement drawings.
• Strong understanding of steel fixing techniques and construction best practices.
• Precision and dedication to maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A strong commitment to safety, quality assurance, and ongoing improvements.
• Experience on large-scale infrastructure or construction projects is advantageous.

Mandatory Qualification

Possession of a CSCS Skilled Worker Card (Blue).
