About the Role

As a Talent Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing various learning and talent development programs, contributing to a continuous learning culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete delivery process of talent development initiatives including orientation, leadership, soft skills, and enterprise learning programs.
  • Handle training logistics such as scheduling, securing venues, preparing materials, coordinating facilitators, tracking attendance, and conducting post-training evaluations.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate training records and data in Workday Learning.
  • Conduct programs including Weekly New Hire Orientation and various learning workshops as assigned.
  • Ensure all programs adhere strictly to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), governance policies, and audit requirements.
  • Research, design, and curate training content, including instructor-led and digital formats.
  • Transform traditional classroom materials into engaging online, blended, or micro-learning courses to support digital learning efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and external providers to keep training content updated and aligned with business objectives.
  • Prepare learner guides, facilitator presentations, evaluation instruments, and related documentation.
  • Manage learning programs within Workday Learning, including setting up courses, enrolling participants, tracking completions, and generating reports.
  • Keep an updated training calendar on SharePoint and other platforms.

  • Ensure proper documentation, version control, and archiving of Talent Development & Management materials.
  • Act as a primary contact for team members, trainers, and administrators regarding learning queries and logistics, including SkillsFuture funding coordination.
  • Train internal trainers and managers on Workday Learning system functionalities and support procedures.
  • Source, coordinate, and communicate with external training vendors, managing proposals, scheduling, and logistics.
  • Prepare and distribute professional program communications, reminders, and follow-ups.
  • Support training communications by creating content to highlight learning initiatives and events.
  • Participate in employee engagement activities that foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Contribute to process improvements, digital transformations, and documentation efforts within the Talent Development & Management function.
  • Provide support for enterprise-wide HR and talent projects as needed.

  • Professional certifications such as ACTA or ACLP are advantageous.
