Job Summary

We are seeking an imaginative and proactive Social Media Content Creator & Manager responsible for leading content development and daily execution across all significant platforms. This role involves creating original user-generated content (UGC), scheduling and publishing posts, reposting community content, and engaging covertly to expand our follower base rapidly. You will shape our brand's voice, increase digital visibility, and interact with our community through memes, trends, and localized content across platforms such as X, TikTok, Telegram, Reddit, Instagram, and YouTube. No prior crypto experience is required; content can be creative, entertaining, humorous, and designed to go viral.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce original and entertaining UGC content in video, image, and text formats, whether on-brand or experimental.
• Manage daily scheduling and publishing across X, Telegram, TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and YouTube.
• Adapt content formatting to fit each platform’s specifications including captions, file types, tags, and hashtags.
• Repost and promote community memes, recognize contributors, and enhance influencer activities.
• Monitor post performance, engagement trends, and analyze analytics data.
• Spot and report emerging meme trends, timing changes, and new content formats.
• Assist with localized content by coordinating regional reposts and modifications.
• Collaborate with content creators and influencers to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Utilize AI-based content creation tools for image, video, or text generation.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong ability to create UGC-style video, image, or text content.
• Experience managing social media content across platforms including X, Telegram, TikTok, Reddit, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Competent at quickly formatting and publishing content accurately.
• Excellent understanding of meme culture and native internet posting methods.
• Highly detail-oriented and thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance measurement.
• Proficient with scheduling and content publishing tools.
• Skilled in engaging and moderating digital communities effectively.
• Familiar with AI content generation tools.
• Bonus points for knowledge or regional awareness of the CIS area.
