Role Overview

The Social Media Content Creator position is a full-time, on-location role based in Abu Dhabi. The primary responsibility involves strategizing, designing, and distributing captivating content across various social media channels to promote the company's property portfolio, services, and brand identity. Daily duties include creating content calendars, producing diverse media such as posts, stories, short videos, and visuals, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to feature new property listings, offers, and company news. Monitoring content performance, engaging with audience feedback, and refining the content strategy according to analytics and market insights are crucial aspects of the job. The role may also require conducting basic photography and videography at properties, working with external agencies or designers, and ensuring all content complies with brand standards and regulatory requirements in the local market.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in social media content creation, including copywriting, fundamental graphic design, and short video production.
• Experience managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn, along with familiarity using scheduling and analytics tools.
• Knowledge of digital marketing principles encompassing audience targeting, engagement techniques, and performance measurement.
• Capability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to guide content development.
• Strong command of written and spoken English; Arabic proficiency is an added advantage.
• Highly organized and detail-conscious, able to handle content planning and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
• Previous experience in real estate marketing or understanding of the Abu Dhabi and Dubai property markets is preferred.
• Educational background including a diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, Design, or allied disciplines is desirable.
