Job description

We are seeking a Site Engineer to join our team with practical experience ranging between 2 to 5 years in project execution and monitoring.

Supervise site activities ensuring compliance with approved blueprints and technical specifications.
Monitor daily progress to verify adherence to the project schedule.
Coordinate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and on-site teams.
Review and ensure accurate implementation of execution drawings.
Oversee quality control of work and materials to meet specified standards.
Manage quantity surveys and track material, labor, and equipment requirements on-site.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports detailing work status and completion rates.
Collaborate with consultants and relevant authorities regarding project activities and technical remarks.
Enforce application of health and safety regulations at the site.
Address technical and field issues, working collaboratively to find appropriate solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.
Professional experience of 2 to 5 years in site operations and project management.
Proficient in interpreting blueprints and technical specifications.
Skilled in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong abilities in work monitoring, coordination, and team management.
Capability to work in field conditions and withstand work pressure.
English language proficiency is considered an added advantage.
