Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Developer with expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) to work from Mohali on a full-time contractual basis. The ideal candidate will have significant hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM implementations and a strong grasp of ITIL frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clients to lead and advise on ITSM best practices.
• Gather and analyze client requirements to tailor ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
• Perform gap analysis to pinpoint differences between client ITSM processes and ServiceNow capabilities.
• Design, develop, and deploy customized ServiceNow ITSM applications and suites.
• Conduct development and testing of ServiceNow applications to ensure quality implementations.
• Install and configure the ServiceNow infrastructure environment as needed.
• Support product demonstrations and assist in solution design and development.
• Engage in project teamwork alongside project managers, ITTL engineers, and administrators.
• Maintain and provide ongoing support for existing production ServiceNow applications, identifying chances for enhancement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience relevant to the technical field.
• At least 4 years of practical, hands-on implementation experience with ServiceNow ITSM products.
• Minimum 4 years of development experience using the ServiceNow software suite.
• Experience managing ServiceNow platform upgrades.
• Certified in ITIL V3 Foundation.
