About the Company
Roda Assistance Pvt Ltd, founded in 2016, specializes in emergency roadside support across India. The company runs a 24/7 helpline and provides breakdown and roadside assistance using trained alarm centre staff supported by advanced tools and technology. The focus is on delivering quick, caring help to motorists during unexpected vehicle issues.
Role Overview
The Service Coordinator will manage emergency customer calls, organize the right assistance on the ground, and keep service operations moving smoothly. This role requires strong communication, the ability to stay composed under pressure, and readiness to work across shifts for round-the-clock support.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer calls during urgent breakdown situations and offer calm, prompt assistance.
- Locate and dispatch the nearest technician or towing support based on the customer's needs.
- Work closely with service teams to ensure services are delivered on time and without delays.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of calls, customer details, and service updates.
- Communicate with customers in at least three languages, with English and Telugu required and Malayalam/Hindi also relevant.
- Support operations in rotating shifts, including night and weekend coverage, to maintain 24/7 service availability.
Requirements
- Fluent communication in Telugu and English, along with at least one additional language.
- Strong verbal communication and people-handling skills.
- Ability to remain composed and effective in emergency or high-pressure situations.
- Good organization and attention to detail for tracking service requests and customer information.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Prior experience in customer service or roadside assistance is an advantage, though not essential.
Compensation and Incentives
The position offers a competitive salary along with monthly performance-linked incentives.
Interview and Application Instructions
Candidates attending the interview should carry their original certificates, an updated resume, and complete details of previous employment, including a relieving letter or experience letter. Direct interviews will be held Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Roda - Emergency Services office in Vyttila, Ernakulam, Kerala.

Additional Notes
