About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Service Coordinator to participate in training AI models, specifically chatbots. Your task will be to assess chatbot progress, analyze their logical responses, and address issues to enhance model quality. This role demands advanced abilities in writing, editing, and content creation, ideally supported by experience in Communications or Journalism.

Key Responsibilities
- Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review their generated outputs
- Assess the accuracy and performance quality of outputs produced by AI models
Qualification Requirements
- Native or bilingual proficiency in English
- High attention to detail
- Strong grasp of grammar, writing style, and brand voice consistency
- A Bachelor’s degree completed, in progress, or preferred but not mandatory
Additional Information
- Payments are processed via PayPal; no fees are requested from applicants
- Currency conversion to USD is handled by PayPal as needed
- Only candidates residing in Canada are eligible
- This is an independent contractor position
