Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Tele Caller to join our team at Navagruha Infra Developers Private Limited in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. This role involves engaging with potential clients through outbound calls, effectively communicating our service offerings, and converting prospects into genuine sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound calling campaigns to generate leads and successfully convert them into qualified sales opportunities.
- Craft and present compelling sales pitches customized to meet customer requirements.
- Consistently achieve or surpass sales and calling goals set on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Develop and nurture constructive client relationships by adeptly managing queries, addressing objections, and conducting timely follow-ups.
- Monitor customer responses and derive insights about market trends from interactions to support marketing and sales strategies.
- Maintain precise records of call activities, client details, and follow-up schedules within the CRM system.
