Role overview
The Senior Specialist, Strategy & Performance will help shape, execute, and track the Holding’s strategic agenda. The position focuses on research, analysis, and performance reporting so that strategic plans stay aligned with business priorities and organizational objectives.
What you will do
This role turns broad strategic direction into practical initiatives, surfaces new opportunities for growth, and works closely with internal teams to support delivery. It also helps monitor progress and strengthens continuous improvement across strategic objectives.
Education
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or Economics is required.
Experience
Applicants should have at least 5 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a relevant function.
