Role Overview

The customer journey, from landing on the platform to driving away with a vehicle, is critical to Driva's success. This position is responsible for owning and enhancing that entire experience. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will lead the Digital Customer Experience team, collaborating closely with engineers, designers, credit experts, and commercial stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions that improve customer satisfaction and business performance. Operating within a small, agile team, this role demands adaptability and innovation rather than reliance on conventional playbooks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and evolve a distinctive and smooth customer journey from initial quotation through settlement and post-sale interactions.
• Manage the product roadmap fully, including strategic planning, stakeholder coordination, execution, and iterative improvement.
• Conduct discovery phases involving customer interviews, funnel analyses, and competitor assessments to unearth core issues, translating insights into precise and actionable briefs.
• Identify conversion enhancement and growth opportunities, verify assumptions through structured experimentation and A/B testing.
• Maintain clear and effective communication across all organizational levels, from daily meetings to executive reviews, ensuring alignment and transparency.
• Contribute to the development of the product team by sharing expertise, raising standards, and fostering continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of five years managing products end-to-end, with a demonstrated ability to balance strategic vision and detailed execution.
• Proficient in data analysis and experiment-driven decision-making with well-defined success metrics and iterative validation.
• Outstanding communication skills, able to craft clear, compelling briefs and narratives that resonate with diverse stakeholders including engineers and executive leadership.
• Comfortable diplomatically challenging senior leaders with evidence-backed arguments.
• Strong technical understanding of software development processes to engage meaningfully with engineering teams on complexity and feasibility.
• Business savvy to evaluate product choices based on both customer satisfaction and impact on company performance.
• Collaborative, humble, and clear in thought and communication, fostering teamwork rather than dominance.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working at startups or scaling businesses, particularly during growth or profitability phases, and mentoring or influencing product management practices beyond one's immediate team.
