Role Summary

The Senior Manager, Sales Operations will spearhead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency within Cosette's commercial sales division. This position involves delivering analytical tools, managing processes, supporting field teams, and enabling effective execution of commercial strategies. The role is a key strategic partner for multiple departments including Sales Leadership, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Commercial Analytics, driving scalable solutions that boost field effectiveness and overall organizational performance.
