- Develop and oversee digital measurement frameworks, revenue attribution models, and performance forecasting to connect investments to reliable commercial outcomes.
- Lead the roadmap for Data Science and AI initiatives, collaborating with technology teams on forward-thinking data infrastructure.
- Drive website optimisation with strong data, rigorous measurement of experiments, actionable insights, and recommendations to improve customer journeys.
- Deliver insightful reports and dashboards to facilitate rapid, data-informed decision-making and maximise overall impact.
Required Experience & Skills
- Expertise in performance analytics and experimentation within digital and eCommerce sectors.
- Demonstrated success in developing digital measurement strategies, attribution models, and commercial performance analysis.

- Hands-on experience with modern data platforms, ETL pipelines, APIs, and cloud platforms like GCP.
- Strong skills in analytics platforms, including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Content Square.
- Proficiency with business intelligence and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, or MicroStrategy.
- Familiarity with Tag Management Systems (GTM, Adobe Launch, Tealium) and experimentation or website optimisation solutions.
- Proven record in leading analytics, data science, or digital insight teams, ideally within a retail or eCommerce environment.

- Annual salary between £60,000 and £70,000, plus up to £6,885 annual bonus.
- Hybrid work arrangement for enhanced work-life balance.
- 33 days paid holiday with additional holiday buy scheme (eligibility dependent on contract).

- One paid volunteer day per year for a charity of your choice.
- Comprehensive medical, life, and critical illness insurance coverage.
- Generous 40–60% staff discount on all our outdoor brands and additional discounts on essentials through our perks hub.
