Senior Illustrator

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Illustrator to join our remote Berlin-based team. This role involves creatively developing visual worlds using traditional or digital drawing techniques that align with our brand's image and values.

Core Responsibilities

• Create illustrations using pen and paper or drawing tablets that effectively express the brand's message and thematic presence.
• Delegate specific illustration tasks to junior illustrators and manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery.
• Integrate illustration style with technical demands and coordination across product development areas for a cohesive output.

Creative Competencies

• Collaborate effectively within small, interdisciplinary teams as a cooperative team member.
• Adopt a pragmatic and quality-focused approach to find innovative design solutions that meet project requirements.
• Demonstrate expertise in key graphic design software, including Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Sketch, and Figma.
• Maintain a curiosity for emerging technologies and pursue continuous self-improvement.
