Senior Financial Analyst

Overview

A rapidly expanding healthcare company seeks an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to enhance its finance team through a critical growth and automation phase. The role is contract-based with an immediate start, extending at least through the fourth quarter and potentially beyond. Operating remotely, the analyst will bridge current manual vendor and invoice workflows with future automated systems, leveraging modern AI tools to shape new finance operations processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update complex financial models spanning growth forecasting, bonus calculations, capitalization evaluations, and integrated financial forecasts.
• Aggregate and assess departmental budgets and capital expenditures.
• Evaluate marketing channel and provider network returns on investment.
• Create templates and optimize workflows within NetSuite Planning & Budgeting systems.
• Facilitate revenue recognition reviews and perform related analyses.
• Design dashboards and enable self-serve reporting using Tableau.
• Enhance data governance, structure, and the integration of financial systems.
• Assist in implementing finance and actuarial databases.
• Lead initiatives to automate and apply AI technologies within analytic functions.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of three years' professional experience in financial analysis.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling combined with a methodical and analytical mindset.
• Direct experience with contemporary finance and data platforms such as Snowflake, Tableau, and NetSuite.
• Competence using advanced AI software tools to improve efficiency, e.g., Claude, Gemini.
• A proactive innovator capable of both developing and refining operational processes.
• Preferred background in healthcare or consulting/professional services industries.

Additional Advantages

• Experience with procurement, spend management, or accounts payable automation systems.

Contract Details

• Compensation ranges from $60 to $90 per hour based on experience and skill level.
• Contract commences as soon as possible, expected through at least the fourth quarter, with potential extensions.
