Fifth Dimension delivers an AI-driven intelligence platform specifically tailored for commercial real estate and asset management. Central to this is 'Ellie,' an AI collaborator that integrates with organizational data, comprehends documents and databases in depth, and generates thorough, well-supported outputs such as analyses, reports, models, and memos, functioning like a trusted team member.
What distinguishes Fifth Dimension is Ellie's sophisticated understanding of the commercial real estate operations, navigating data with true domain expertise rather than generic AI assumptions. The platform serves leading entities including commercial real estate institutions, REITs, investment banks, and diversified firms with enterprise-level security and compliance, including SOC 2 Type II certification, GDPR/CCPA adherence, role-based access controls, and ensures no customer data is used for AI training.
Role Overview
This senior-level business development position is fully autonomous and exclusively focused on the APAC market, based in Singapore. The role involves managing top-of-funnel pipelines throughout the region, conducting account research, performing multi-channel outreach, qualifying prospects, and coordinating with account executives and leadership to facilitate effective sales engagements.
Initial focus will be approximately 70% Singapore and 30% other APAC markets including Japan, Korea, Australia, and Hong Kong. The incumbent will collaborate closely with sales leadership, marketing, and the founding members to build and maintain a robust pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a qualified pipeline of business opportunities within APAC, prioritizing Singapore and expansion territories.
- Execute strategic, multi-channel outreach involving email, LinkedIn, and follow-up from conferences or events; cold calling is used selectively when appropriate.
- Investigate and prioritize target commercial real estate accounts such as REITs, investment banks, net lease, diversified CRE firms, and asset managers.
- Apply rigorous qualification frameworks like MEDDIC to focus efforts on high-value potential clients.
- Conduct discovery meetings that demonstrate comprehensive understanding of prospects’ businesses before passing on well-qualified opportunities to account executives.
- Maintain accurate pipeline records in HubSpot and report on sales activity, conversion rates, and pipeline health.
- Provide feedback to sales, marketing, and product teams on market trends and intelligence.
Expected Outcomes
- Achieve a primary key performance indicator of generating $3–5 million in qualified sales pipeline by year-end, with an initial emphasis on Singapore.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of three years’ experience in B2B SaaS business or sales development, with preference for five to seven years.
- Proven initiative and autonomy in prospect outreach and pipeline building without close supervision.
- Outgoing personality energized by outbound sales, resilient in handling low response rates, and strategic in territory planning.
- Comfortable marketing a technical, AI-based product to sophisticated enterprise buyers and quick to acquire new industry knowledge.
- Experience using structured sales qualification methods such as MEDDIC and disciplined CRM management, preferably HubSpot.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Bonus qualifications include background in commercial real estate, proptech, financial services, experience in APAC markets, and proficiency in relevant languages.

- Annual base salary ranging from SGD 80,000 to 100,000 with on-target earnings between SGD 120,000 and 150,000.
