Security Supervisor

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Security Supervisor to lead and manage security personnel, ensuring smooth execution of security operations at commercial sites in Doha, Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct security officers during their shifts.
• Supervise access control and CCTV monitoring activities.
• Carry out regular patrols and site inspections.
• Handle incident documentation and investigation processes.
• Ensure adherence to established security protocols.
• Manage emergency response coordination.
• Provide training and guidance to security team members.
• Compile and submit operational reports detailing security activities and incidents.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in security roles, including supervisory duties.
• Proficient in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to participate in client interviews before deployment.
• Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Holding certifications related to security.
• First Aid certification is advantageous.
• Possession of a valid Qatar driving license.
