Job Description
This role seeks an experienced SCCM Administrator to manage a large scale enterprise environment based in Kolkata. The candidate will be responsible for advanced endpoint management and deployment using Microsoft Intune and related Azure technologies across a global infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Intune administrator in the enterprise with 6+ years of experience.
- Package and deploy applications for Apple and Android devices utilizing Microsoft Intune.
- Configure and implement Mobile Device Management (MDM) policies using Intune.
- Manage advanced Windows 10 policy configurations using Microsoft Intune.
- Implement and maintain conditional access policies across diverse device platforms.
- Utilize Azure components including Azure AD, Microsoft EMS, and OMS effectively for endpoint management.
- Develop and execute automation scripts using PowerShell and other scripting tools.
- Administer and oversee the Office 365 portal operations.
- Coach and mentor junior engineers and analysts to build team capability.
- Manage device fleets exceeding 5,000 units across multiple global locations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years' experience managing Intune in enterprise settings.
- Proficient with packaging and deploying mobile applications on Apple and Android platforms via Intune.
- Strong expertise in deploying MDM policies and Windows 10 management with Intune.
- Familiarity with implementing conditional access policies for various device types.
- Advanced knowledge of Azure services like Azure AD, EMS, and OMS.
- Experience with administering the Office 365 portal.
- Competence in PowerShell scripting and endpoint automation.
- Experience supporting global environments and managing over 5,000 devices.
Preferred Skills
- M365 Certification is advantageous.
- Understanding of Active Directory and SCCM is a plus.
- Exposure to other Mobile Device Management (MDM) or Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) systems is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills.
