Job Overview
Tata Consultancy Services is on the lookout for a seasoned SAP ITC Toolchain Lead to spearhead enterprise-wide transformation projects using advanced SAP tools like SAP Signavio, LeanIX, and SAP Cloud ALM. This role is central to establishing and administrating the SAP toolchain that supports business process discovery, governance of enterprise architecture, process optimization, and lifecycle management of solutions, aligning with digital transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the rollout and widespread adoption of SAP Signavio, LeanIX, and SAP Cloud ALM within transformation programs.
- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture governance frameworks via LeanIX.
- Advance initiatives for business process discovery, including mining, modeling, and optimization leveraging SAP Signavio.
- Create and manage comprehensive process repositories, define value streams, and roadmap transformation strategies.
- Oversee the setup and operational management of SAP Cloud ALM for implementation, testing, monitoring, deployment, and ongoing operations.
- Collaborate closely with business units, enterprise architects, SAP functional groups, and program leaders.
- Formulate strategies for tool integration across SAP S/4HANA transformation efforts.
- Facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops and harmonization of business processes.
- Establish governance standards, key performance indicators, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
- Guide change management initiatives, increase user engagement, and promote best practices for toolchain usage.
- Provide leadership and direction for global transformation rollouts and initiatives.
Required Expertise
- Proficiency in SAP Signavio Process Intelligence and Process Manager.
- Experience with process mining and process modeling techniques.
- Strong background in LeanIX for enterprise architecture management.
- Expertise in application portfolio assessment and mapping technology and business capabilities.
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM and managing SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Comprehensive understanding of business process management (BPM) and enterprise architecture governance.
- Insight into digital transformation efforts and process excellence.
- Experience in test and deployment management.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and program governance.
