Role & Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Ariba implementation and support activities with a minimum of 10 years’ experience.
• Expertise in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, system configuration, customization, cutover, and go-live phases of SAP Ariba projects.
• Strong functional expertise in SAP Ariba modules: Strategic Sourcing, Ariba Buying, Supplier Risk, and SLP Vendor Onboarding.
• At least 3 years’ experience with IDOCs, workflows, and related enhancements.
• Experienced in configuring Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG).
• Proficient in managing proxies, web services, and related enhancements.
• Skilled in configuring Supplier Risk Templates, Approval Phases, Supplier Engagement and Issue Management Templates.
• Competent in setting up Modular Questionnaires for risk assessments including vendor onboarding, privacy, and security templates.
• Understanding of Ariba’s upstream and downstream processes.
• Basic knowledge of SAP MM and Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) is advantageous.
• Experience across full project life cycle including planning, implementation, and configuration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication alongside strong analytical abilities.

• Oversee cutover activities and provide support during hyper care and go-live phases.
• University degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills; leadership capability preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage client deliverables effectively.
