Role Overview
This full-time, permanent sanitation role is based in Milton, Ontario, and supports housekeeping activities across the warehouse and office environment under the guidance of a supervisor or manager. The position is scheduled for Friday to Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
The pay rate is $21.22 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift premium.
Key Duties
The job focuses on keeping the facility clean, organized, and ready for visitors and operations. Work includes sanitation of shared spaces, exterior upkeep, floor cleaning, surface wiping, and related tasks. Light maintenance support may also be required, including helping maintenance technicians and assisting with simple activities such as painting.
Additional Responsibilities
Assigned sanitation tasks must be completed within the time frames set out in the Master Sanitation Plan. Other duties may be added as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Prior warehouse experience of at least one year is also preferred. Depending on the site, equipment certification may be required, and the role may involve operating equipment.
The position is safety-sensitive and classified as non-regulated technical work depending on location.
